U.S. Water’s Industrial Group is proud to announce the award of an approximately $6.5 million/year contract to provide operations & maintenance (O&M) services for Republic Services. Building on a successful partnership with Republic Services since 2014, the contract extends the O&M of landfill leachate treatment plants at 10 sites nationwide for three more years.
Landfill Leachate Treatment Contract Scope
Recognizing the critical need for effective and sustainable solutions, Republic Services has chosen to entrust U.S. Water with the continued responsibility of managing leachate treatment plants across multiple locations nationwide. The contract award, valued at approximately $6.5 million per year, solidifies our commitment to excellence in environmental stewardship. Under the terms of this agreement, U.S. Water will undertake the day-to-day O&M of landfill leachate treatment facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimal performance, and the highest standards of environmental protection. The onsite operations teams will be supported by our in-house maintenance team, which will provide both routine and non-routine/emergency maintenance at the sites. U.S. Water’s technical support group will also provide expert technical guidance and process optimization. Site operational data will be managed by U.S. Water’s process control monitoring (PCM)™ system.
