Recently U.S. Water’s Customer Service and Billing personnel from Florida traveled to Houston to engage in a cross-training session with their Texas counterparts. Employees shared their respective workday experiences, business practices, and ideas on ways to increase customer satisfaction. Corey Bostick, East Texas Regional Manager, expressed appreciation for the Florida staff’s participation noting the Houston office now has additional resources “in case we ever got in a bind.” Congratulations to both teams for their commitment to our customers and strengthening U.S. Water Services Corporation as a whole!
