We are excited to announce that U.S. Water has been selected as contractor for the operations of three water treatment plants within the City of Lake Helen, FL. “We were thrilled to learn of the award from the City of Lake Helen and moved to begin operations immediately,” said Gary Deremer, US Water President and CEO. “Our goal as a contract partner is to act quickly to support our client’s operational needs, and we were excited for the opportunity to begin an ongoing relationship with the City of Lake Helen.”
The five-year contract was executed on May 25th, 2022. U.S. Water is currently managing the day-to-day operations and optimization of the plants, resulting in improved water quality. Residents have noticed those improvements and expressed gratitude to the US Water staff.
PROJECT DETAILS
The contract includes operations of three water plants located within the City of Lake Helen. Each plant has a design capacity of 500,000 gallons per day.
