Pasco Kids First has been serving victims of child abuse and neglect in families since 1990. This year, 2020, marks 30-years since Pasco Kids First served their first child. Pasco Kids First provides essential child abuse prevention, assessment, and treatment programs in Pasco and Hernando Counties. Pasco County had more than 7,500 child abuse reports last year alone. Child abuse does not stop due to Coronavirus. U.S. Water was able to donate items to be distributed in 1,000—30th Anniversary Resource Bags to families in the community. The 1,000 bags will be distributed by the Pasco County Shariff’s Office Child Protection Investigators in November, as well as to families served within Pasco Kids First Programs.
